One turn of the natural-language review interview

The reviewer talks; the interviewer asks a focused question or reads back what will be submitted. Proposed resolution values are validated against the review's input contract before ready is ever true. The server keeps no interview state — the client holds the transcript. Submission stays on POST /v1/reviews/{reviewId}/resolve.
