The install's own status (reachable by the app's own service key, even while paused)

The one install route an app's own service key may call while its install awaits owner approval (§B13.2): enough to see WHY it is being refused, and nothing more — no service key id, no endpoint, no secret. Flat by contract (a different audience than GET .../install). status is null when the app was never installed.
