Uptime Ping
Lightweight uptime endpoint — touches DB + cache so the probe catches deeper outages than /v1/health (which only confirms the HTTP listener is up). Designed for BetterStack / Healthchecks.io style monitors that expect HTTP 200 within 5s.
Returns {ok: true, ...} on success; raises 503 if any dependency fails so the monitor flips immediately.
