Managed-distribution status board — which channels the author's show is pending/submitted/live on. storyflo does the distribution work (podcast-network model); the author just watches this board. Publisher-token auth. While MANAGED_DISTRIBUTION_ENABLED is off the payload degrades to {channels: [], feed_url} so the FE can ship dark.
