Postmark Open Webhook

Postmark Open Tracking webhook → stamps Publisher.raw_json.cold_outreach_opened_at on the first open.

Auth: ?secret=<POSTMARK_OPEN_SECRET>. Operator wires this up in Postmark UI → Servers → Webhooks with the Open event checked. Returns 200 unconditionally.
