Embed Register

Register an article view from a publisher's on-page embed.

Idempotent on (publisher, slug-from-url): a returning visitor just gets the existing article + the most-recent done render-job's audio URL (or null when audio is still cooking). First-touch creates the Article row + enqueues a render-job so the next pageview can play.
