Article Tip Checkout Session

Fiat tip path via Stripe Checkout (mode=payment).

DEPRECATED 2026-05-16: superseded by the Payment Element rail at POST /v1/articles/{slug}/tip/payment-intent. Handler retained for 24h grace window to catch any cached frontend bundles still calling it; removal in a follow-up commit after another quiet 24h.
