Agent Get Audio

Resolve the playable audio URL for an article. Returns {audio_url, duration_sec, mime}. Listener context is implicit in the OAuth token's listener_token, so plus/pro listeners get the bare audio and free listeners get the stitched-with-pre-roll URL.
