Operator-only; protected by the admin token. Idempotent — re-runs revalidate the existing record rather than create duplicates.

Recommended cadence: run once per environment after first deploy (curl POST with X-Storyflo-Email-Token), then re-run any time the Stripe dashboard reports a wallet flipped to "inactive". Embedded Checkout hosts the well-known association file automatically, so no static file needs to be served from storyflo.com — Stripe fetches it from their own infrastructure on validation.
