Admin Wipe Publisher

Cascade-delete every row tied to tenant_slug: publisher, intake sources, articles, render jobs, audio cache keys (left in R2 — Cloudflare lifecycle handles eviction), webhooks. Used to clear test publishers (e.g. FLATLAY Inc) after end-to-end loop validation so they don't pollute the alpha.

DESTRUCTIVE — there is no undo. Cascade order matches FK constraints: jobs → articles → intake sources → webhooks → publisher row.
