Admin Intake Pull External

S4 + S5 · One-shot pull from arXiv + Reddit per vertical.

Hits the existing intake → render pipeline so each pulled article becomes a queued render job. Idempotent via slug uniqueness — re- running picks up only NEW items since the last call.

Source filter: 'arxiv', 'reddit', or 'all' (default). Vertical filter: when set, only pulls for that one vertical.
