Operator dashboard endpoint.

Returns:

  • ingest_per_vertical_1h / ingest_per_vertical_24h — Article inserts grouped by vertical over the trailing window. Zero counts are omitted to keep the payload tight.
  • sources — per-IntakeSource summary, errored ones first.
  • stage_counters — snapshot of the in-process counters from app/intake/observability.py. by_stage is global, by_stage_vertical is the per-vertical breakdown.
  • generated_at — RFC 3339 timestamp.
