Admin Apex Catalog

Register the curated apex-domain newsletter catalog (non-Substack big names: 404 Media, Platformer, The Atlantic, Quanta, Bloomberg Markets, etc.) as Publisher + active IntakeSource rows. Catalog lives in app/apex_newsletter_catalog.py.

Used in tandem with the Substack crawlers when the operator wants breadth beyond what Substack indexes. Each entry's RSS URL was live-verified at registration time.
