awaiting_action=true is a compatibility shortcut equivalent to status=awaiting — keeps the spec'd URL (/admin/inbox?awaiting_action=true) working as the stale-reply TG alert link target.

reply_intent (2026-08-08) matches the column the inbound-reply bridge and its backlog sweep stamp. Exact match on the enum value, same shape as classification — no normalization, so the filter means exactly what by_reply_intent on GET /v1/admin/inbox/stats counts. It exists because there was no server-side way to ask "which rows are take_it_down?": the 2026-08-07 backfill stamped 26 of them and finding those 26 meant paginating 800 rows client-side. Rows the bridge leaves NULL (UNRELATED / machine-notice) are outside every value of this filter by design.
