Admin Inbox Rescue As Article

Convert a triaged InboundMessage into an actual Article tagged to the named listener. Use when a forward landed in the operator inbox (e.g. sender wasn't a known listener yet, or path-A bailed silently because no out-link was extractable). Runs the same ingest_email pipeline so all the slug + dedupe + render-job logic is preserved — including the newsletter-as-article fallback added in 0058.
