Admin Embed Test

Validate the merchant-side /embed/badge flow end-to-end for an arbitrary URL. Reuses the same intake helpers + DB lookups as /v1/badge/resolve and emits a per-stage pass/fail report.

Stages: fetch_page, publisher_resolve, article_upsert, render_enqueue, render_complete (polls up to ~60s), embed_html.

dry_run=true stops after publisher_resolve.

Auth: admin token (X-Storyflo-Email-Token). This endpoint fetches arbitrary URLs server-side, so it must require admin auth, not the shared api_key.
