Admin Ad Impressions Rollup

Per-creative impression rollup for the YYYY-MM period — used to invoice advertisers. Sums impressions, completed plays, and gross revenue from impressions × CPM. Returns rows sorted by gross revenue desc so the operator sees biggest accounts first.
