Mcp Create Code Scan Pick

CONFIRM a (component, prop) as translatable directly — the agent's AUTO-ACCEPT for a HIGH-CONFIDENCE pair (mcp:*). Unlike a suggestion (which waits for the human), a pick is authoritative at once: the next sonenta scan flags this prop's literal. The pick carries created_by = your api key, so the console labels it "auto-accepted by the agent" and lets the human undo it. Use PROPOSE (prop-suggestions) for anything you are NOT sure about; use this only when the prop plainly carries user-facing text. Idempotent 200 on the same pair — never a duplicate, never a 409.
