Set the SaveHQ profile photo

Set the user's profile photo from an image already on their board (fileId), a public https image link (fileUrl), or base64 data. JPEG, PNG, WebP or GIF, up to 10 MB. Always needs the user's OK: the first call returns a preview and a confirmToken.
