Change the board

Replace the link on a SaveHQ save

Swap a save's link for another (itemId, url). On a link save its own link changes and the tile's picture, source and default title follow the new link; a title the user typed and a cover photo they chose stay. On a photo or note, the first extra link is swapped (or one is added). Refused if the new link is already saved on the board as another save. Undo with undo_change.

Needs the person's OK: never.
