Change the board

Turn a SaveHQ custom board's emails on or off

Stop (on: false) or start again (on: true) the emails the user gets when other people add to a custom board: the first add right away, then evening, daily and weekly summaries. They stay on the board either way.

Needs the person's OK: never.
