Change the board

OK saves waiting on a SaveHQ custom board

On a custom board the user made where each save waits for their OK: put saves people sent on it (approve true) or turn them down (approve false), by save id from get_custom_board. Turning down deletes nothing. Always needs the user's OK: the first call returns a preview and a confirmToken.

Needs the person's OK: always.
