Change the board

Answer requests to join a SaveHQ custom board

On a custom board the user made: let people who asked in (approve true; each is told, in SaveHQ and by email) or turn them down (approve false; block true also blocks them; nobody is told), by person id from get_custom_board. Always needs the user's OK: the first call returns a preview and a confirmToken.
