Read the files on SaveHQ saves

Watch a video, listen to a voice note or look at a photo attached to the user's saves, or watch a public YouTube video the user saved or read an X post they saved (its video and photos) (itemId, or several as itemIds), and return what each shows and says, as text. With no ids, it reads the newest videos, voice notes and YouTube links that haven't been read yet, up to 5. Anything already read returns what was stored, free — videos, voice notes and YouTube links are read within minutes of being saved, so most are; reading a new one uses the user's SaveHQ AI credits. Changes nothing on the board, except that a save still wearing the name SaveHQ gave it ("Video: IMG_0042") is renamed to what its file shows. A link to an Instagram or TikTok post is not a file and can't be opened.
