Change the board

Move a save on a SaveHQ custom board

Move a save to a different place in a custom board's order, by save id: to "top" or "bottom", or right before (beforeItemId) or after (afterItemId) another save on the board; give exactly one. The board has one order that everyone on it sees. On a board where anyone on it adds straight on, anyone on it may rearrange it; otherwise only its maker. Pinned saves stay above the rest.

Needs the person's OK: never.

The confirmToken returned with this change's preview, once the user has agreed to it.
