List outcome connections

List every one of the organization's results connections, one entry per source ("google_analytics", "vercel_web_analytics" and "shopify", always all three, in that order, one page), each as business_outcome_connections_get_v2 reads it: whether this environment can connect it, the connection's state, and every source it reaches with whether Point11 reads it, the last day checked, and the last check's failure code.
