Update commercial schedules

Save calendar rules for products (revenue lines) of an active business profile, all or none: each changed line takes a new schedule revision in your name (a null schedule returns it to research's), and every active or paused campaign on the profile re-plans from now on. Refused with STALE_WRITE when a line changed since you read it; read the rules again. Returns each line as stored.
