Search for an Issue

Search for an issue associated with one of the following identifiers: item_id, link_session_id or Link session request_id. This endpoint returns a list containing at most one issue. If no issues are associated with the provided identifier, issues is omitted. At least one of the identifiers must be provided to perform the search.

Request body

client_idstring

Your Plaid API client_id. The client_id is required and may be provided either in the PLAID-CLIENT-ID header or as part of a request body.

secretstring

Your Plaid API secret. The secret is required and may be provided either in the PLAID-SECRET header or as part of a request body.

item_idstring

A unique identifier for the Plaid Item.

link_session_idstring

A unique identifier for the Link session.

link_session_request_idstring

The request_id for the Link session that might have had an institution connection issue.

A unique identifier for the request, which can be used for troubleshooting. This identifier, like all Plaid identifiers, is case sensitive.
