Tenant Daily Usage

Per-day usage TOTALS for one workspace, newest first.

Since per-run sharding stores one usage_records row per run, a raw list would return shards, not days. This aggregates (SUM ... GROUP BY date) so the admin daily table shows real per-day figures.
