Summarize recorded unhappiness signals against all checked replies.

Supports workspace, person, and time filters. The window cannot exceed 30 days.

Returns since, until, checked, unhappy, unhappy_rate, labels, and daily buckets. A missing rate means no checked replies support a rate.
