Prepare an immutable feed undo (void) manifest

Freezes feed rows, original journal lines, immutable rule provenance, blockers, coding behavior, and a SHA-256 digest for a reviewed void-style undo. Changes no accounting records. Apply voids posted journals and returns linked feed rows to review. Already-voided journals with unreconciled feed rows can release those claims without changing the journal or balances.
