Apply a prepared feed undo (void) manifest

Voids posted journals or releases already-voided feed claims for unchanged eligible manifest effects; no reversing entry is created. Returns feed rows to review and records audited effects. Already-voided journals retain their original void date and reason, with no balance change. Requires the exact digest and confirm=true. Reconciled or changed effects are blocked, while already-voided claim releases make no ledger change.

Response

Per-effect void/undo results and blockers. summary counts reversed, alreadyReversed, blocked, and failed effects; blockers counts blocked plus failed. An effect that errors is reported with status failed and an error message while the other effects still apply; the request errors only when nothing new was reversed.
