Get Paginated Run Status

Per-user status of a PAGINATED template run.

Paginated recipients have no row in LS_Lia_Recipient_List, so the usual per-recipient status columns are never written for them — the only per-user record a run leaves is LS_Template_Log, keyed by (template_code, batch_id, Sequence). Those sequence numbers come from paginated_work_items, so joining the two here reconstructs "which user got what" without adding a column anywhere.

batch_id defaults to the template's most recent batch. The mapping is only meaningful for a batch generated from the CURRENT recipient rows — if rows were added or removed after the run, older batches will line up against the wrong users, so stale_mapping is flagged when the logged sequence count doesn't match today's recipient count.
