Get Template Log Details

Purpose:
Retrieves the template log details for a given template code and batch ID.
Headers:
- Template-Code (str, required): The template code for which the log details are to be retrieved.
- Batch-Id (str, required): The batch ID for which the log details are to be retrieved.
Response:
A JSON response containing the template log details, including the title, template name, generated status, generated on, sent mode, sent status, sent on, and message.
Exceptions:
Returns a JSON response with status "failed" and a 500 status code for any internal errors.
