Function: userReportList
Type: API Endpoint (GET)

Purpose:
This function retrieves a list of reports accessible by the given user based on the specified parameters for a given customer's database.

Endpoint:
GET http://<baseURL>/api/mobileapp/get_user_report_list

Headers:
The request must include the following headers:

• User-Code: The user code is used to verify the user's identity.
• App-Code: The app code is used to identify the application making the request.

Response:
The API returns a JSON array containing the list of accessible reports.
