List Users

Function: list_users Type: API Endpoint (GET)

Purpose:
Retrieves a list of all users in the database.

Response:
A JSON response containing a list of user objects, each with the following properties:

• id: The user code.
• name: The user name.
• email: The user email.
• group: The user group name.
• status: The user status.
• designation: The user designation.
• modified_by: The user who last modified the user.
• modified_on: The date and time the user was last modified.

Exceptions:

• HTTPException: If any exception occurs during the process, it raises an HTTPException with a 500 status code and the exception message.
