List Template Master

Function: list_template_master Type: API Endpoint (GET) Purpose:
Retrieves a list of template master from the database.

Response:
A JSON response containing a list of template master objects, each with the following properties:

• id: The ID of the template master.
• name: The name of the template master.
• status: The status of the template master.

Exceptions:

• Raises JSONResponse with a 404 status code if no template master are found.
• Raises JSONResponse with a 500 status code for any internal server errors.
