Rename a supplier

Manual country override: an ISO-3166 alpha-3 code, or GLOBAL. An empty string clears the override and restores the researched country. Omitting the field leaves it unchanged. Absent and null are the same thing to the generated client type, which is why clearing is spelled as an empty string.

Omit to leave the name alone. An override edit should not have to echo it back — a stale value would silently rename the supplier as a side effect of correcting its sector.
