Submit the saved draft for the customer's review, link token in a header (public)
The token travels in the X-Greentally-Share-Token header. Submits the saved draft as the next version. At least one requested section must be answered; an uploaded evidence file answers the evidenceFiles section (400 VALIDATION_ERROR, field code EMPTY_SUBMISSION, otherwise).
