A coupon's redemption history, newest first (billing-ops staff)

Each redemption with the account it was made under (billing key and name), who redeemed it, when, and the credits it granted. total counts every redemption, so items is cut at limit when total is larger. The code is matched case-insensitively; an unknown code is 404.
