Upload Inbox Note Attachment

Upload a file for an INTERNAL note (multipart: file).

Returns the attachment ref (token, key, name, size, contentType) that POST /inbox/channels/{channel_id}/comments accepts in attachments. Notes are internal, so nothing reaches a customer.
