Get Inbox Channel

One conversation in the unified inbox shape - messages, tags and assignees - for any channel.

The same row GET /inbox lists, fetched by id. Visibility is the app's: a thread in a personal mailbox is owner-only, so another person's key gets a 403/404 rather than the thread.

Open because a comment carries attachment refs and mention metadata that grow, and because an assignment result reports per-assignee outcomes.
