Grade an UNSENT email reply against its thread: a label, a 0-100 score, reasons and up to two suggestions.

Never charged and sends nothing. 404 when grading is off, or the thread is missing or its mailbox is not visible to the key; 422 for fewer than 3 words; 503 when grading failed.
