Get a call log's trace

Retrieve the raw OpenTelemetry trace associated with a production call log.

Before calling this tool, retrieve or list the call log and confirm that its trace_id is non-empty; an empty trace_id means no trace is available. Pass the call log's integer id, not its provider call_id or its trace_id.
