POST /observability/v1/alerts/{id}/summarize/

Kick off an LLM summary of the last N hours of fires for this alert.

Returns a progress_id. Frontend polls summarize_progress until status is 'completed' or 'error'. Cached for 1 hour keyed on (alert, hours, latest fire id) — re-invocations within that window return the same progress_id.

Deprecated: POST /observability/v3/alerts/{id}/summarize/ does this in one call and returns the result.
