Update an alert (partial)

Update fields on an existing alert. Common uses from chat:

Tune sensitivity: pass preset: "conservative" to make a noisy trend alert quieter (or "aggressive" to catch smaller shifts). Explicit threshold.std_multiplier / ewma_alpha / source.window_size override the preset.
Change Slack routing: pass a new notifications.slack block.
Disable temporarily: pass enabled: false.

Changing sub_type requires the matching source + threshold shape — see alerts_create for the field matrix per sub_type. Partial updates merge JSON, so omitted nested keys keep their existing values.

Optional shorthand for trend alerts: 'conservative' | 'balanced' | 'aggressive'. Expands to std_multiplier / ewma_alpha / window_size. Explicit values in source or threshold override the preset. Ignored unless the alert's sub_type == 'significant_change'. Prefer it over setting those three by hand; 'balanced' is the safe default.
