Builds the member's birth-derived Jyotish bundle, runs the deterministic education judgement engine (education_judgement.compute_education_judgement, education_v1.0) over the chart WITH the D24 divisional, the running Vimshottari MD+AD, and a fresh transit overlay so the FULL R3 weight is realized (1.0), and re-presents its house / karaka / varga / daśā / transit scoring + verdict tier as a structured, bilingual, source-cited report (§7).

Every score, dignity, house-strength block and reasoning factor is carried VERBATIM from the engine; the composite score and the verdict tier are the engine's own deterministic classification, not a fabricated verdict. The engine's own coverage disclosure (partial_coverage + coverage_note) is surfaced verbatim (§8.3). §12 guidance-not-fatalism: the reading maps how the chart supports study — it is not a verdict on a person's intelligence, worth, or future; no scripture is quoted; money-free. The LLM only narrates; this layer is pure templating.
