Panchang Utility

Daily utility pack exposing already-implemented Panchang/Jyotish lanes.

This is the endpoint-strategy v1 contract from the research report: no new math, no Supabase/Qdrant reads, one stable API shape for dashboard, Ask Maa Kali, emails, MCP/AI consumption, and future atomized endpoints. Heavy scans stay opt-in so the default remains safe for public and crawler traffic.
