Jyotish Prashna Endpoint

BDA horary judgement. Returns the deterministic Prashna packet — the horary ascendant for the query, the planets at question time, the question-house analysis, the verdict with its confidence, and the Prashna-Moon dasha timing with its favourable / avoid windows.

The LLM may only EXPLAIN the packet. It must never invent an ascendant, a supporting planet, a verdict or a timing period.
