Jyotish Prashna Batch Endpoint

Multi-option Prashna comparison (Block 5E).

Takes a master_seed + N labeled options (each with its own seed and optional region / direction / per-option location). Returns the deterministic ranked recommendation:

  • master_verdict ("is the matter itself promised?" for the matter as a whole)
  • per-option briefs with the verdict and the timing tiers
  • a stable comparison_matrix the report renderer can table
  • top_choice + ranked_labels (deterministic — same input, same order)

The LLM may only EXPLAIN this packet. It must NOT invent a rank, a top_choice or a timing_summary_label.
